Fall 2025 Caregiver Cohort

A dedicated Malu experience for women navigating caregiving, identity, and everything in between.

Who It’s For

This cohort is designed for women carrying the emotional and logistical weight of caregiving—especially those in the sandwich generation caring for aging parents and children or loved ones at the same time.

If you're feeling stretched thin, unseen, or unsure how to make space for yourself, this is for you.

What to Expect

This is the full 20-week Malu Journey, adapted with caregivers in mind.

  • Ten therapy-informed group workshops led by a licensed therapist

  • Ongoing support from a Malu coach to help apply insights in daily life

  • Structured reflection prompts and somatic practices

  • A private, supportive community of fellow caregivers

  • Weekly rhythm with space for both processing and action

This space is built for you to release guilt, name your needs, and move forward with compassion and clarity.
