MEETING YOU WHERE YOU ARE
Therapy asks why.
Coaching asks what now.
Therapy looks back at the patterns, the story, the reasons you respond the way you do. Coaching looks forward at what you want and the tools to get there. Most places make you pick one. We build both into every program, and meet you wherever you are in your season.

WHAT MALU JOURNEY DOES
TWO DISCIPLINES, ONE PROGRAM.
Therapy helps you understand why. The patterns, the story, the reasons you respond the way you do. Coaching gives you the how. The tools to practice what you've learned and actually move.
Most systems keep them apart. Therapy over here, career coaching over there, and you doing the translating in between.
We don't. Both are built into every Malu Journey program. Sometimes as a licensed therapist and a coach in the same session, sometimes woven through the workshop itself, sometimes in the materials you take away. The combination is the point.
Our approach is built on our own research into how people actually move through pressure, change and transition, using a need finding method developed at the Stanford school.
